Flagright is upgrading its underlying login infrastructure on 5th July 2026, improving security and reliability for all users in sandbox. This is a backend change only, your data, rules, cases, and settings are completely unaffected. Separate communication will be sent out for the production environment.
Key updates include:
All users will receive a password reset email and must set a new password before logging in again. The reset link expires after 24 hours.
If MFA was previously applicable, it will need to be re-enrolled from scratch after resetting your password, old MFA codes will no longer work.
If you miss the 24-hour window, you can request a new reset email directly from the Flagright login page. Reach out to your Customer Success representative if you run into any issues.
