Flagright is upgrading its underlying login infrastructure by 24th August 2026, improving security and reliability for all users in production. Your sandbox environment already runs on this updated login system following our earlier migration, and this update now brings production in line with it. This is a backend change only, your data, rules, cases, and settings are completely unaffected.
Key updates include:
All users will receive a password reset email on the evening of 22nd August 2026 (Pacific Time) and must set a new password before logging in again. The reset link expires after 72 hours. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox, and consider whitelisting emails from [email protected] in advance.
If MFA was previously applicable, it will need to be re-enrolled from scratch after resetting your password, old MFA codes will no longer work.
If you miss the 72-hour window, you can request a new reset email directly from the Flagright login page. Reach out to your Customer Success representative if you run into any issues.
