Latest improvements to Flagright

Screening match percentage displayed for screening hits

Each screening hit now displays a Fuzziness % column, showing the fuzziness score between the screened value and the matched entry.

This makes it easier to understand why a hit was generated and how close the match is, whether triggered by a strong name match, a partial match, or a match on an associate's name rather than the primary subject.

Agent performance analytics enhancements

The agent performance analytics graph has been enhanced with rule-specific performance trends and improved chart styling.

Key updates include:

  • Dashed lines represent shadow agent analytics, and solid lines represent live agents, making it easier to compare shadow and live performance at a glance.

  • Rule-specific performance trends are now available, allowing you to analyse how individual rules are performing over time rather than just at an aggregate level.

  • Auto-closed and human review rates are now displayed accurately, giving you a more reliable picture of agent efficiency.

Case management User ID filter for case retrieval API

You can now filter by user ID when retrieving a list of cases via the case retrieval API, making it easier to programmatically pull all cases associated with a specific user.

See our API documentation for implementation details.

Views in QA mode

Saved views are now available in QA mode, giving QA reviewers the same ability to save and manage custom filter combinations as in the standard case management interface.

To create a view in QA mode, follow the same steps as in standard case management, select the three dots (⋯) menu and select Add a new view.

SAR filing FinCEN SAR templates

You can now create and manage FinCEN SAR templates directly in the Console under Settings > SAR filing.

Templates allow you to pre-populate commonly used fields when filing Suspicious Activity Reports with FinCEN, reducing manual effort and improving consistency across filings.

Multi-select for transaction types in template rules

Template rule filters now support multi-select for transaction types, allowing you to apply a single rule across more than one transaction type at a time.

With this update, you can select multiple transaction types in a single rule filter, keeping your rule library cleaner and easier to manage.

User data: Secondary business industry field

A secondary business industry field has been added to the user schema for business users, allowing you to capture a more accurate picture of a business's activities where they operate across more than one industry.

Both the primary and secondary business industry fields accept a list of values, giving you flexibility when onboarding businesses with diverse or overlapping industry classifications.

The secondary business industry field can be submitted via API. See our API documentation for implementation details.
